The Learning Planet Institute (LPI) has reached a milestone: over 12,700 people have now defined their Ikigai [1] thanks to our unique methodology.

Finding one’s reason for being is no longer a solitary exercise, but a genuine learning journey. 

Initially designed as a tool for personal reflection, Ikigai+ has evolved to become a comprehensive learning architecture, combining deep introspection with concrete impact.

Technology at the Service of Humanity

At the heart of this evolution is Spark, our AI guide. Unlike standard assistants, Spark is calibrated for sincerity: it does not push for “artificial positivity” but accompanies users exactly where they are. 

This dialogue is enriched by personal digital journals and structured results – such as “Decision Compasses” or “Purpose Profiles” – which learners keep and refine throughout their journey.

Three Key Life Moments: Three Solutions

Because needs change, Ikigai+ is now available in three specific lines:

1. Ikigai+ Orientation: At the start of higher education (Year 1), this module allows students to articulate their aspirations and create authentic bonds with their peers as soon as they arrive at university.
2. Ikigai+ Projects: Integrated into project-based learning (Year 2), it uses a “matchmaking” system to form teams based on shared interests and common challenges (“How might we…”), rather than arbitrary assignments.
3. Ikigai+ Transition: Launched in May 2026 for the general public (B2C), this module offers clarity and decision-making criteria to those facing a professional turning point, at a lower cost compared to traditional career coaching.

Proven Impact and Global Growth

A large-scale impact study conducted in 2025 among 550 students at CY Cergy Paris University revealed exceptional results:

• NPS[2] of +45.3: An outstanding score for an educational offering.
• 75% of participants judged the experience as “highly positive” and 15% described it as “transformative”.
• Significant gains in life project clarity and career confidence have been scientifically validated.

From CY Tech university, where 1,650 students have already benefited from the programme, to MOOD, an experiential course deployed on a large scale by the LPI aiming for 30,000 learners by 2027, Ikigai+ is establishing itself as the essential training layer for tomorrow’s innovators.

We are also deploying adapted formats such as, for example, in Sarcelles (France) in partnership with the Numixs incubator, to support young people in pre-incubation entrepreneurial situations.
